If this post looks familiar, it should. In October 2020, Victor and Sean got married at Brooklyn's Museum of the Moving Image in the middle of a COVID surge — a real wedding, but a much smaller and quieter one than anyone had planned or deserved. A year later, with the world in a slightly better place, they finally got the celebration they'd been waiting for: friends and family flew in from around the country and the globe, all vaccinated and tested, to celebrate Victor and Sean's first anniversary in the exact spot where they'd quietly said their vows twelve months earlier. Watching that same room fill back up with everyone who loves them made one thing obvious — some celebrations are worth waiting an extra year for.
