David & Ian Bring Down Liberty Warehouse
Before David & Ian's wedding, Ian's mom walked over to me as I looked out over a fog shrouded New York Harbor and said in a surprisingly chipper voice, "We paid good money for that view, and now I can't see anything! But tell me, have you ever seen a happier couple? Be honest!" That positive attitude was on full display from everyone in the wedding party.
Later, as I listened to the audio of Ian saying his vows, I had to stop the recording before I went into full-on sad music mode. As any wedding photographer will tell you, it's our job to capture the joy and love at a wedding, and save that for generations to come. I can only hope that as David & Ian's family look at these photos, they will relive the wedding and feel the emotions all over again.
