Mike Pittman Photography agrees to provide the best quality of prints. In the event you are not satisfied with the quality of prints, please contact Mike Pittman Photography within 2 business days of receipt of the photos to discuss options. After the time period of 2 days has passed, Mike Pittman Photography holds no responsibility for the quality or condition of the prints.

A request for order cancellation may be placed at any time after the initial order is submitted. Once Mike Pittman Photography has started fulfilling the order, the order cannot be canceled. For this reason, it is imperative that you review your order prior to submission. During processing of your order or at any time prior to delivery, if the order placed doesn't meet Mike Pittman Photography's rigid quality control standards, Mike Pittman Photography reserves the right to cancel the order and refund in full all money collected. If the purchaser does not fulfill these Terms and Conditions of Service, Mike Pittman Photography reserves the right to cancel the order. You will be notified about the action in all cases.

Mike Pittman Photography is committed to deliver your order within the specified time period. In case of delays in delivery due to unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons, Mike Pittman Photography shall not be held responsible. Mike Pittman Photography is not responsible for delivery at wrong address(es) if the address specified at the time of ordering is incorrect.

Mike Pittman Photography uses Square, ShootProof, and Stripe for credit card processing. All transactions are protected and governed by the credit card processing agent.
