Michael A. Pittman and Pittman Photography vigorously protects copyright interests. In the event that an infringement is discovered you will be notified and invoiced at the minimum 10x the STANDARD FEE for unauthorized usage and/or prosecuted for Copyright Infringement in U.S. Federal Court where you will be subject to a fine of USD $150,000 statutory damages as well as all court costs and attorneys' fees. Print Orders

Quality of Prints
Pittman Photography agrees to provide the best quality of prints. In the event you are not satisfied with the quality of prints, please contact Pittman Photography within 2 business days of receipt of the photos to discuss options. After the time period of 2 days has passed, Pittman Photography holds no responsibility for the quality or condition of the prints.

Pricing of Prints
All the prices stated on our website are in US Dollars (USD). Taxes and shipping and packaging charges as applicable will be added.

Cancellation of Order
During processing of your order or delivery, if the order placed doesn��ö���¥t not fulfill these Terms and Conditions of Service, Pittman Photography reserves the right to cancel the order. You will be notified about the action.

Delivery of Order
Pittman Photography is committed to deliver your order within the specified time period. In case of delays in delivery due to unforeseeable and unavoidable reasons, Pittman Photography shall not be held responsible. Pittman Photography is not responsible for delivery at wrong address(es) if the address specified at the time of ordering is incorrect.
