Through The Wall
Last summer, me and a friend went to the Brooklyn Museum to see he Keith Haring exhibit. If you ever get the chance to see his work in person, do it. It's definitely worth the time, and you'll not regret it.
A college friend of mine introduced me to Haring, and I've been a fan of his simpler work ever since. However, I never really studied his life, nor his work, so this exhibit was quite eye-opening. The piece above is quite lengthy, as you can see, and very detailed and intricate.
The shot, however, is quite simple. We walked around and as I turned, I saw these patrons sitting on the bench looking at the piece. The others framed them out nicely, so I snapped a quick shot from my iPhone. There hasn't been too much work done on this. I switched it over to black & white, then darkened the face of the gentleman on the right just a touch. Otherwise, this photo is largely untouched.
